Unprofessional. I was on time and the masseuse was over 10 minutes late. It was my first time here so I had to fill out the typical paperwork about my medical history, etc. The therapist walks in the waiting room, doesn't greet me, and goes straight to asking me questions from across the room about my medical history... in front of a waiting room of people. What ever happened to professionalism and confidentiality? No one in the waiting room needed to know about my medical history. I expressed how unprofessional she was being and she apologized while snickering. I walked out. This place isn't worth the time or money.
